Before, it would take reps 90+ days before they could comfortably handle calls on their own. After Stephanie revised the training, reps could independently handle calls within 10 days, and by day 90, they were practically experts. Some consultants might be able to come in and provide general advice or best practices on how to run a training program. But they won't be able to help you implement those recommendations. Stephanie has the unique skill of being able to identify why a training program isn't working, and then be able to implement a program that is tailored to the contact center's unique needs and meets their goals.”
